Comments from the Captain

"Some consistent team performances have seen the Mixed II finish in the top half of the division, despite the loss of Javed Iqbal and Pete Scarle for several matches through injury.  Strong personal performances were seen from Tina Jennings and Mike Smith against promotion contenders Barnt Green, supported by the consistent efforts of Christine Ashworth who adapted well to all three partners she has had.  Another excellent year from rising star Sam Ralphs, together with fine performances from Glynn Russell, Nigel Porter and Jenna Miles pave the way for an exciting future."
